SONDRA STREIFERT | PRESIDENT

Sondra is responsible for the overall operations of our office.  She establishes company-wide systems and procedures for reporting, financial functions and employee relations.  She has an extensive knowledge of what it takes to run a construction business.

MARK STREIFERT | SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Mark has over 30 years experience as a general contractor with extensive knowledge in residential and commercial projects.  Mark has a keen understanding of project acquisition, infrastructure, project management, and budget compliance.  His years of experience in working with subcontractors as well as purchasing allow him great insight into the most time and cost effective way to approach and complete any project.

DAVID GRAVETTE | SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Dave has over 30 years experience in all phases of commercial and residential construction.  He has been active in the building process from infrastructure through project management and completion.  Specialties include project acquisition, multi-family housing, single family housing, and large scale commercial projects.  Dave’s background in framing and his eye for structural integrity make him an ideal project manager.

SABRINA SHORT | OFFICE MANAGER

Sabrina graduated cum laude from Georgia State University with a degree in Business Administration.  She handles the day to day operations of our office.  Other duties include human resources, payroll, accounting, reporting, and administrative functions that are needed to keep our business humming.
